Today is the day I’ve been waiting for.  I’ve been working on my wine review and wine blog website for 6 months now!  This afternoon, my website went LIVE!!  A new venture for me, and new horizons for wine lovers everywhere!  I hope you enjoy this website, and I’m always open to great ideas and constructive criticism.  As a way to celebrate this great day, my wife Gabriela (MomentsByGabriela) made lasagna and I made some pan fried asparagus (in butter, garlic, olive oil and spices) that paired really nicely with a 2014 Amavi Walla Walla Valley Syrah from Les Collines vineyard.  This day was a PERFECT day!  Cheers!!!
