Friday night (March 15th) was date night! Gabby and I decided to keep the kitchen clean and venture out for dinner and some wine, so we ended up at a local place called 3-Eyed Fish. It specializes in various local (Pacific Northwest) wines and a nice menu with amazing hors d’oeuvres and really tasty dinner entrées. Recently remodeled, this place offers live music, inside and outside dining as well as a chic urban feel to the ambiance. With all of this, we enjoyed some great tortellini, rigatoni, and kung pao lettuce wraps with a 2015 Leonetti Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon. It was a very nice pairing! God Bless the USA baby!!!
