Dinner with Wade

Last night was my opportunity to personally thank Mr. Wade Steele for the outstanding work he did in helping me design and create my website.  We ended up partaking of the Good Life!  Hors d’oeuvres included chips, dip, tomatoes caprese, cheeses, Spanish Marcona almonds and pepperoni slices.  The main entrées included USDA prime angus rib eyes and filet mignon finished with butter and black truffle oil, halibut steaks with butter, garlic, lemon and rosemary, grilled red/orange/yellow/green bell peppers with sweet onions glazed with butter, white truffle oil, chipotle and smoked paprika, white rice with butter and chives and hot dinner buns.  It was succulent and exquisite, and it paired perfectly with a 2014 Garrison Creek Cellars Red Zinfandel.  Life is Good.  Eat, drink and love life!
